For our clients offering rentals to long-term tenants, we offer leasing services, full tenant management and handyman services. Good tenants are the foundation of a great real estate investment property. At Porch Light we have a multi-tiered highly effectively proven system for screening tenants. Prospective tenants complete an online application which screens them for income, debt, income to debt ratio, rental history, LTB judgment/eviction history, employment history, employment verification and full credit check. Our Tenant Application helps us choose the right tenant by minimizing key risks such as: late payment, property damage, early vacancy, income and employment stability, and pet liability. For our clients offering short-term accommodations we offer stress-free vacation rental management, where your property becomes a lucrative asset without the hassle. We provide truly full service, short-term rental management services, from the initial set up of your property to maintenance coordination. For short-term rental management we offer unit set up, full service management and off season management.
